Well me and my Mam went to the shopping centre to have a coffee and have a chin wag about my results, she then bought me the Mineralise Eyeshadow by Mac as a well done gift, alongside Fine Glitter Dust by Barry M and a Mineralise esque eyeshadow by Accessorise.
First off I'll tell you about the little beaut, Cinderfella!
Price : 3/5
Pigment/ Colour : 4.5/5
Would I buy again? : Probablies, but since this is a limited edition colour I think (correct me if i;'m wrong) I don't think I will need to!
Well I love this little beautiful piece of pigment! It can be applied dry or wet, like most eyeshadows. But this feels so beautiful and natural against the skin, it glides on easy and can be built up! It is perfect to use in a smokey eye effect to add that little bit of glitz! It was a wee bit expensive I have decided for my taste, at £16.50, but i expect it will last me a long long long time! So we shall see! I think i prefer to wet this when it is on the brush as I think the colour is more pigmented and dense when it has been sprayed.
Price : 5/5
Pigment/ Colour : 4.5/5
Would I buy again? : Yes!
Well this is the combined colour eyeshadow by Accessorize in the shade 'cocoa' however I think its a combination of brown and purple pigments. It goes on like a dream, and when wet it is double the pigment when dry, I think this could be used for a more natural look for days and nights as I don't think its as extreme as black eyeshadow can look.
The swatch below is for the accessorize eyeshadow and the Fine Glitter Dust by Barry M.
Price : 3/5
Pigment/ Sparkle/ Usage : 2.5/5
Would i buy again? : I'm really unsure.
I feel that this product is amazing... for 5 minutes, then the glitter falls off and you're left with a silver shimmer, which is fine if you're okay with that but I have other eyeshadows that could be used for this, so I'm pretty disappointed that the glitter falls off :( If someone has any tips please tell me :)
Make up look of the day
