Solestruck. Best customer service I have received to date!

A while ago I purchased the Pyr St Stud shoes by Jeffrey Campbell from the Solestruck website, and this post is in no way a negative review, as I love them. However I noticed that a few of the studs had came off, and I had lost them, and the leather on the 'blunt stud' side was coming away.

I admit I was angry because as you can imagine $179 is a lot to pay for a 'statement' pair of shoes shall we call them? So I emailed Solestruck and they asked me to send a few pictures, to obviously prove that the quality of the shoe was coming away, so I did. They got back within half a day or so, saying because the shoe above was unavailable they could pay to get it fixed, however I think this would have worked out being quite expensive just to send them back to be repaired so they offered to send me a replacement pair that is worth the value of the ones above.

I picked the UNIF Hellraisers in indigo with the gold studs, as I thought that this kept to the same style as the ones above, as I felt like I would have been cheeky to ask for a completely different style.

As you'll be able to tell they are almost identical apart from the colouring and the heel increase on the JC's. I really love the UNIF Hellraisers! I ordered a size US 11, which I think is a womans 9? They are tight for my feet, however they JUST fit so obviously I am keeping them. I am wearing them around the house first so I wear them in, and after that I think they will be perfect! I love the colour, and the texture of the leather is just to die for! It's not your typical shiny skin leather, it's as if it had fur growing out of it. I LOVE THEM! and i think the colour and the colour of the studs are just simply unique and different to the other UNIF shoes I have seen. The past part of all is that they were sent free in compensation for the damage of my other shoes, which I am eternally grateful for! I did have to pay £31 V.A.T. on them, but in all honesty I am not bothered.

I urge you's to check solestrucks Twitter and website out if you's are already not familiar with it!!!! Also shoe's that are over $150 get free international delivery, which is fabulous as well! I will definitely be ordering again from here, maybe some more UNIF's we shall see!!!!
