MAC eyeshadows...

Yes I love make up, however I don't wear it everyday, but I do like to have it for when I do...
Recently I took a naughty trip to the CCO (Cosmetic Company Outlet) at the York Designer outlet, and my local MAC counter (House of Fraser) where I bought 2 eyeshadows :( my bank hates me of course!


Welcome ladies and boys... Charcoal Brown, which I mistakenly called it Chocolate brown probably until I realised it was called something different tonight.

Well I use this eyeshadow everyday on my eyebrows to outline where to draw them in, because I have none. I use my angled eyeshadow brush to outline where I will put the false hairs using this eyeshadow, as it acts almost like a base for my pencils that I use.

The pigmentation is fabulous, as I find the subtle warm brown pigmented enough for my eyebrows and also as a middle colour in a brown naturCal smokey eye look.

I find the wet eyeshadow ( right ) a bit dark for what I want for my eyebrows, but i think it would look perfect on the eyes.

This eyeshadow cost me £12, and I think you can buy it all year round. At first I was calling it chocolate brown (obviously because I'm a cray chocolate fiend).

Que, Nautical Navy, which is apart of the 'Hello Sailors' collection, which I believe is coming to the end of its shelf life (aka being discontinued...) well I really like this eyeshadow, as I love the texture against my skin, I don't think it's too cakey and I can apply as much as I want making it as dark as I want.

This is the swatches that I did of Nautical Navy, with the left side being dry and the right side being wet. As we can see even though there is a difference between the pigmentation of the two, I don't think its a huge lot considering the right side is wet. That is why I love this product!

I'm unsure how much I paid for this product, as i have had it for a while, but it's been lost in the make up box that I have so I would so its between the regions of 12-13 pound, which I know is a pound increase but still :P I don't want to give a definite price! :) 

Would I buy this again? Yes but it looks like I won't get the chance to :P so maybe in a months time or so hopefully it will be released into the CCO.
