The Verdict -
I love this face wash! It's a non fuss quick and easy face wash. What I do is wet my face, in the shower our out, squeeze a 10p sized blob onto your wet hands and then lather and then message into your face. This product cleanses those dirty greasy pores, stimulating the skin and helping it to renew itself! (Very good for a person who shaves their face, Razor burn is a burden.)

The Verdict -
Yes a bit more pricey than £3, but I rate this product 10/10! It makes my skin feel so soft when I'm lathering this god send on my face. It helps restore moisture with Muru Muru butter (how can you not be persuaded with a name like that!). But a little of this little baby goes a long way! I love it! I use this most days in-between this and my Simple face wash. But between me and you, I prefer this one for myself.

Primer
I am a bit new to the world of primers as I have only ever used two, gosh and Illamasqua's Matt primer so I am going to recommend the two as well as MUA's own.
What I do is squeeze a line onto my hand and then use a foundation brush to paste it all over my face and then I allow it to dry. A great brush is the mac #190 (£26), Illamasqua's Foundation Brush (£26) or MUA's Foundation Brush (£3).
£4
A velvety smooth face primer that can be worn alone or under foundation. The lightweight formula evens out complexion to give a flawless finish for long-lasting results.
£13.99
With this unique ingredient combination this product is a definite must have.
£22.50
I use this primer as it is a Matt finish and i think it is perfect for my skin and with being a male it gives me a natural make up look.
It keeps my foundation on all day, and it smells and feels gorgeous! (Smells of birthday cake, a reason to buy it ;) )
If you have dry skin, I would recommend the Satin Finish primer as it gives a dewy moisturised effect to the skin.
Foundation
There are a million of foundations to choose from, but I recommend Illamasqua's Light, Skin base and Rich foundation for the premium brand, and Revlon's colour stay for the drugstore brand!
Depending on what you want we have! If you want a sheer foundation try Light Liquid foundation by Illamasqua, which is currently in the sale for £20!
Revlon Colour stay foundation is a light weight comfort foundation that feels like you're wearing
nothing! £12.49
If you want some thing is between medium and full coverage and can be built up, I would try skin base. Illamasquas new formulated foundation inspired by cult BB foundations! I love this foundation, its what I use everyday it allows my complexion to go from looking natural to perfect! £27 Illamasqua Skinbase.
And finally full coverage! I would recommend Illamasqua's Rich foundation, when I say a little, I mean a little goes a long way! At £20 I don't think this is bad at all! and it comes in several shades, including white which is a perfect highlighter! More of this later!!!!
The steps :-
- First I use a stippling brush to apply my foundation, there's many on the market, but the one I use is a MAC 187 (£32.50), but E.l.f (£3.75) sell a good one that is a fraction of the price!
- The next thing I do is apply the foundation on my hand, using it as a palette you can mix shades to make it lighter or darker. If you wish to contour your face, what I do is paint my face with a darker shade where I want the contour to be. I then use my stippling brush in circular motions to buff the foundation into my face, blending the two shades together.
Note** If you want your foundation to not budge then setting is a must! I would recommend using a translucent or the same shade powder as your foundation! I use Illamasquas loose powder.
Blush
Pleas please please whatever you do, pick a shade that suits your skin tone! The thing I hate seeing the most is people with a pale - medium skin tones applying their blush in two very attractive ( sarcasm ) pink stripes across their face. NO JUST NO! **Chucks Holy Water** BEGONE DEMON!
Light Skin -
Pale Pink
Rose
Peach
Medium - Tan -
Berry
Mahogany
Corals
Dark
Corals
and Reds
Find out your face shape and then apply your blush similarly to the ones in the diagrams. Note, the colour is only for demonstration uses! I am not condoning those unholy pink stripes!
Eyes - Day time
For this look I want to show you a simple and natural look for the day, that can be intensified to suit day times.
What you want to do firstly is to prime! Prime those little eyelids!
I use M.A.C's paint pot In painterly (£14.50) , but MUA do a fabulous eyelid primer (£2.50)!
- I use my ring finger to spread the brush all over my lid, if it is painterly I apply it only onto my lid and then use a different paint pot for my crease. Or if you have opted for the eyelid primer then you can apply it all over. Personally i prefer the paint pot as it allows me to play around with the blending of the two colours and I find it to keep the eyeshadow on longer.
- The next thing I do is apply a base lid colour using an eyeshadow, I use MAC's 239 but there are numerous eyeshadow applicators that are just as good! What I do is choose an eyeshadow colour that is one ONE shade lighter than your skin colour, or as close to your skin colour as possible. I use Orb by MAC I then apply this all over my lid.
- The next thing you want to do is to pick a shade that is one shade darker than your skin tone and use this as a transition colour. What you do here is by using a fluffy brush ( or a cleaned eye shadow brush ) You apply it to your eye socket bone, this gives the eye definition and creates dimension.
- The next thing I do is add a shade darker than the transition colour and apply it to my outer V to create a nice natural smokey yet day wearable look!
- Now this step is optional but i always do it as I have none, Eyebrows! Use a pencil that is the same colour as your eyebrows and carefully start shading in and defining the shape of your natural brow.
- The next thing is to add a shimmery pearl colour underneath your brow bone and blend down into the transition colour! I would stay away from pure whites as this could make you look like a drag queen!
To Turn it into a night time look is easy peasy! Simply darken the outer V with either a black, sparkly black or plum, and then line your lower lash line with either a darker brown or a darker purple, black or navy! Perf!!! Eyelashes are also optional!
The key is to darken and intensify!
