But I was in superdrug the other day, Superdrugs a British drugstore, that sells cheap-middle priced make up, cosmetics and beauty related products. I've always loved a make up brand called Sleek, I've only ever tried several of their lipsticks, the gel eyeliner and their pencil eyeliners.
Sleek have released a new line of lipsticks, sheen and matte! Their stiletto lipstick which is a bluetoned matte red, is in my opinion a perfect match for Ruby Woo, and I suppose RIRI woo as well! I personally can't tell the difference between Ruby and RiRi... It's supposed to be a bluer toned red lipstick that has a Vintage Matte effect... Okayyyyyyyy, I'll wait for her new collection. If Sin is in her new collection which is a darkened Red I will die! I live for this colour it is beautiful! But it's a pro shade, and I don't live near the pro store in London, and I can't justify paying £3 for a £14 - 35% off lipstick :/ anyways here's my Stiletto swatch, which you can get from Sleeks website or from Superdrug at a steal for £4.99!

I've always fancied trying their sleek I-Divine Palettes, but I've always been too stingey with my money that I've waited out for the 3 for 2 offer. Well I was in Sunderland's store the other day, and they only had the Matte Darks V2 Palette, their Au Natural Palette and I think it might have been their acid palette. I've got similar colours to the Au Natural Palette and the Acid Palette in my Illamasqua/ MAC depotted pallete, so I didn't see the point in buying the same shades. So I went with the Matte V2 palette, I haven't got swatches however I am going out on a fancy dress in two weeks as Maleficent, and here's the look I came up with.
This look does need perfecting, I swear it was a quick trial to see how the foundation reacted to my skin and how long it lasted :P
Face
For the face I used an eyeshadow from my 122 BH cosmetics palette and then grinded it up, I then added it to 50% Illamasqua Rich Liquid Foundation in 105 and 50% Barry M's White foundation. I then used my 187 to buff it in to my skin. I missed out the eye area as I was unsure what the purple would look like when I added it later on my eye lids.
I then set it using a light green revlon eyeshadow.
For the contour I used my Illamasqua Powder Blusher in Intrigue for the highlight, and then for the contouring part I used the dark green in the matte eyeshadows. I must admit it does need darkening up. Maybe to the darkness of the colour on my temples.
Eyes
For my eyes I primed my lids using Painterly, I then drew an over drawn crease using the Sleek Eau La Liner is raisin (Superdrug 3 for 2 ;) ). I then blended it out using my MAC 239 brush, blending up and out to create a nicely blended effect.
I then drew my eyebrows on, I need to practice on these babies, and I am unsure If I'm going to have them black, or draw inspiration from the Maleficent Designer doll. For this I used my MAC 208 small angled brush and my MAC Chromaline in black black, which is AMAZINGGGGGG!
To sharpen the edges and to provide a highlight under my brow bone, I used the white in the sleek palettte. I am never keen on drugstore white eyeshadows, because simply they're normally shit. Pardon my french. But they're after super shimmery to mask the fact that they are rubbish, or they claim to be 'matte' and the pigmentation is poop. But this is honestly amazing! I usually use my illamasqua white and i think it's on a similar level on terms of pigmentation. KUDOS TO SLEEK! Definately worth checking out!
For the lid, I then used my Fundamentalism palette, I used the mint green cream pigment to sharpen up the crease and to provide a base primer. I then packed on my bright green eyeshadow from Illamasqua called Fledgling :) it's gorgeous!
I then went back into my crease and transition colours using MAC Hepcat and two gorgeous purples from the Sleek Palette. The purples in the sleek palette are so pigmented, they're almost a deep purple. Maybe similar to Illamasquas LIVID, but I don't own that one. The one that I do own, is inception and I feel that's a dulled down version of the sleek one ( still one of my favs. though ).
To darken the crease and the outer V I used blackout from Urban Decay, you MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST! Tap off any excess, other wise you'll have a black face from fall out. It's the blackest black i've ever own, but the fall out is a bitch.
For the liner, I quickly slicked some of the Sleeks liquid liner on. I will be re doing this neater and maybe a different shape for the actual thing.
I then blended the outer area of my cut crease into my contour using the darker green in the sleek palette, and the darker purple to transition into each other.
Lips
For the lips I made sure my sexy MUTHA PUCKERS were conditioned using Soap and glory's Sexy Mutha Pucker lipgloss, it's beautiful! The plumping action makes sure that your lips aren't chapped and well conditioned. I then lined my lips using MAC's Wonderful Lip Liner. It is a pink, but my mam's went away for the weekend and stolen literally every shade of red lip liner I own :| GET YOUR OWN GIRL! I then used a brush I use for lips (it's meant for eyes really) and applied my Stiletto lipstick to my chops. OOOH GIRL ;)
It does look a bit rough, but I will be posting an updated look when I actually do it ;)
