Her lips were like a red, red rose..

I bought this little gem after spying it at London IMATS 2013. I instantly knew it was a must have in my kit as the texture and finish is unique and something I havent seen before!

It's decribed as a lipgloss, and it is until it sets and mattifies. Velvetines go on like a liquid lipstick with a tiny bit of a sheen but after around 10-15 seconds it sets to matte.

Velvetines are available in two colours, Red Velvet and Suedeberry, which is described as a retro Marilyn Monroe 1950's red. Later on in the year Lime Crime have announced they will be releasing a purple cousin :D! (*dies*)

Velvetines do stain the lip making it last super long around 6 hours! It lasts through eating and drinking. I must say lining the lips is advised just incase the gloss bleeds, and I also applied it with a brush.
